Module 5 – Personal Productivity Planning and Execution —Tuesday, February 2, 2021, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm CST/2:00 pm – 4:00 EST No business can function without leadership. The quality of that leadership determines how successful the business will be.

Module 6 – The Leaders Plan for Managing Self for Team Success —February 4, 2021, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm CST/2:00 pm – 4:00 EST A leader who does not do a good job of managing themselves typically does not do a good job of leading others. The leader’s actions and behaviors are the beacon for effective plan execution.
