Each management training plan is customized according to employee strengths and needs. Our management training program ensures that employees entering management positions are fully prepared for their new responsibilities.

Education:

Career and Technical High Schools: We build partnerships with area High Schools to make career and technical education a viable and desirable option for high school graduates. Job opportunities in the construction field are endless, offering careers with huge earning-potentials. We encourage students to earn while they learn through an accredited and DOL recognized Apprenticeship Training Program, eliminating the need for a traditional college degree.

The Ohio Construction Academy: Founded by the ABC Central Ohio in 2013, OCA is a career technical charter school that offers high school students an innovative educational opportunity to explore construction-related careers through an excellent academic foundation, combined with rigorous contextual, hands-on construction education.

Tuition-Free College Credit: We offer an articulation with Columbus State Community College, which allows enrolled apprentices to earn tuition-free credit toward a construction-related Associate Degree.
