We are inviting local companies and industry professionals to visit our classroom at Pickaway Ross this school year and connect directly with a group of 26 juniors who are already looking ahead to job placement opportunities next May.

This is more than a classroom presentation—it’s an opportunity to introduce your company, build relationships with future employees, and start recruiting talented students before they enter the workforce.

What Can You Share?
Students want to hear directly from industry professionals about what it’s really like to work in your field. Your presentation can include:

• Who you are and what your company does
• The types of careers and positions you offer
• Current and upcoming projects
• Pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities
• What you look for in a great employee
• Skills, certifications, and education that can help students get hired
• What students should be doing now to prepare for the workforce
• What a typical workday looks like
• Opportunities for internships, job shadowing, or employment
• Why students should consider a career in your industry

You can bring a presentation and use our smart screen, bring examples or materials, or simply come talk with the students. You choose how much time you want to use and how you want to connect with them.

8:45 AM – 11:06 AM
You may use as little or as much of this time as you need.

We can accommodate approximately 8–10 companies throughout the school year.
Because space is limited, presentations will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
