In July, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division issued a Request for Information on the regulations implementing the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, and we ask you to provide your thoughts on the challenges with the implementation of the FMLA. ABC will use the aggregate survey data to respond to the DOL’s RFI.
